Starting over.
Today is the first day of a journey.
I weighed in at 128.4 today. That’s what happens when you barely workout, emotionally eat, and purge. Although I’m sure some of it is water, it’s still ridiculous. That’s still a 7lb gain. I feel gross, I can tell I’m losing definition.
So I now have 13.4lbs to lose until 115, which was my UGW. But I’m thinking about...
It might be time to sleep.
Just maybe.
